Felt the ideas from the group were listened to e.g. lights down at the end of exercise relaxation. Asked each week if anything needed to be changed.

The physiotherapists really know what they are doing- very personal care to the person is what they need - also make them harder to push you to do better and when to make easier when struggling.
Need to improve the waiting period to be seen by a physio- the wait to get in really shouldn't be more than 3 months.
